Condition Report, Condition Report, The painting is executed in oil on a coarse weave canvas support which is unlined. The canvas tension is good and the picture is in plane. The paint layers are very well preserved and in an excellent condition overall. There are some age cracks present but the paint layer is secure. The artist has built up the paint in several layers, creating texture in areas by scoring into the wet paint and abrading other areas.
