Figure for a Still Life Artist: original work by artist E. Pérez Lezcano Technique: Acrillic technique on canvas Dimensions: 70x100 cm Presentation: The work is shipped without a frame, carefully packed in a rigid cardboard tube for maximum protection. COA: Includes a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity by the artist. Figure for a Still Life In Figure for a Still Life, the artist pushes the traditional boundaries of the genre by incorporating human presence as an essential part of the pictorial construction. Figure, guitar, fruit, glass, and bottle coexist in a single space, governed by a common logic of shapes, volumes, and color. The face occupies the visual center of the composition and is built from overlapping profiles, curves, and chromatic planes that find continuity in the surrounding objects. Blues and turquoises dialogue with reds, oranges, and earth tones, creating an intense yet carefully balanced surface. The guitar and the objects arranged on the table introduce recognizable references to the classical still life, though here they no longer function as independent objects. Each element participates in a larger structure in which figure and still life seem to merge. Figure for a Still Life thus offers a reversal of the traditional genre: the figure does not contemplate the objects nor merely accompanies them, but becomes itself part of the constructed nature of the painting. Shipping: All works are shipped with highly secure packaging, using a professional-grade rigid cardboard tube designed to protect the artwork during transport. This method guarantees the piece arrives intact, without creases or damage, regardless of distance or destination country. The shipment includes a tracking number for full transparency in the process. Certificate of Authenticity: Each work is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, listing the title, technique used, dimensions, year of creation, and other relevant details. This certificate ensures that the piece is an original, unique, and exclusive work, protected by copyright, and wholly part of the artist’s corpus. It is a valid document for collectors, galleries, auctions, and future appraisals.
