Desk set - Portapenne Space Age vintage anni ’70 – 7...

Vintage 1970s desk pen holder / organizer, characterized by a pronounced Space Age design and a geometrical composition with strong visual impact. The item is formed by 7 metal cylinders painted orange, arranged at different heights and gathered on a black base. The stepped arrangement of the various elements creates an almost sculptural structure, in addition to allowing the organization of pens, pencils and other small desk accessories. The design recalls the well-known German organizers and pen holders Deyhle distributed in the period, with the cylindrical shapes and the vivid colors typical of the Space Age aesthetic of the 60s and 70s. No visible brands are present, therefore the object is offered as Deyhle style, without direct attribution to the manufacturer. An interesting example of a desk accessory from the period, usable today as well, or as a decorative element in a mid-century modern, Space Age or 1970s setting.
