Delicate Ring with 0.56 ct Brilliant-Cut Diamond in Yellow Gold from

As antique jewelry dealers, our love of antique objects means that we occasionally also buy unmounted gemstones. After all, every historical diamond is an unmistakable one-off with its very own character. However, the search for beautiful settings for our diamonds turned out to be more difficult than expected. Modern ready-made settings, as you can buy them in stores, are often soulless machine products with no feeling for shape and proportion. But beautiful, hand-forged, antique settings rarely come to us without matching diamonds. So we commissioned our goldsmith to make a ring setting according to our design, which we then had cast using an old technique. We had this ring made from high-carat yellow gold and used historical gold. We had the diamond set in the setting. It is a vintage diamond in a modern brilliant cut. The diamond is of outstanding quality and weighs 0.56 ct with a good cut. It shines in exceptional white (E) and shows only very small natural inclusions (vvsi). The brilliant-cut diamond sparkles beautifully and vividly in its setting of warm, shiny gold. Two smaller diamonds in delicate settings with milgrains structure the ring shoulders and give the piece its light elegance, which sets off the large brilliant-cut diamond wonderfully. At the same time, the piece of jewellery sparkles with every ray of light that hits its finely crafted surfaces. An ideal ring for what is probably the most important question in life - and that is always a matter of the heart!
