Decorative ornament (2) - Italy - Koppel vechthanen
These are vintage fighting roosters (often referred to as fighting roosters or kemphanen), a very popular decorative collectible from the mid-20th century. They depict two roosters in a dynamic, aggressive fighting stance: one with the head up and the wings spread, and one diving low.
