De cristofori - Sculpture, Tartaruga Murano - 4 cm - Silverplated

Splendid and artistic collectible sculpture in the shape of a turtle, signed by the famous Italian manufacturer Di Cristofalo. A piece of refined craftsmanship that blends silversmithing art with the great Venetian glass tradition. The work stands out for its strong visual impact and for the very high quality of the materials used: • The Shell (Carapace): Made in precious artistic Murano glass. The glass base features a lively transparent blue/turquoise color, richly decorated with multicolored inclusions and beautiful flower millefiori (in tones of blue and white) worked hot. • The Structure: The head, legs and base of the turtle are crafted with a polished mirror-finish galvanic silver coating (laminated). Anatomical details, such as the eyes, the expressive open mouth, and the claws of the legs, are finely modeled and finished in minute detail. • Authenticity Mark: On the bottom of the silver base is applied the original red and gold label of the manufactory, perfectly preserved, bearing the inscription: "Argento - Di Cristofalo - Galvanico". Technical Details and Condition: • Author/Brand: Di Cristofalo • Materials: Original Murano Glass and laminated silver with galvanic process. • Condition: Excellent vintage condition (like new). The glass is intact, glossy and free of filaments or chips. The silver lamination is bright, uniform and free of flaws. An enchanting display piece, perfect as a luxury paperweight, a decorative element for elegant living rooms, or a precious gift for collectors of art glass and silverware. Fast shipping and ultra-protected professional packaging specifically for fragile items.
