D - Uli - " Face " Blue

Directly from the gallery "D uli - Arts" This artwork is from the series "Hommage a Yves Klein" Yves Klein was, with Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons, one of the co-founders of Pop Art. His unforgettable "Blue Quadrat" with the most beautiful and intense blue I have ever seen. All objects were expertly handmade by me. The traces of the handworking are visible on the object and reflect the uniqueness of each individual object. Hand-signed Art object is approx. 32/12/11 cm in ultramarine blue matte mounted on a glossy black pedestal Ultramarine pigments achieve a matte, light-absorbing surface with a special formula. The less light in the room, the more intensely the blue glows My artworks are presented at art fairs such as Cologne, Dresden, Frankfurt, Paris, Luxembourg, Hamburg, Munich, Monaco, Lyon, Strasbourg ... My Pop Art blends art and everyday life. An essential feature of Pop Art is the often trivial objects from daily life, from popular culture, media and advertising. The motifs used are torn from their original context, modified by me and thus given a new life as a "work of art" Edition 4/10
