Corneille (1922-2010) - Disegno

Corneille Lithograph on Fabriano paper -Composition Frame not included Lithograph, dated 1983 Dimensions: 52X36cm aprox. In good condition While market powerhouses like Jeff Koons, David Hockney, Gerhard Richter, Jasper Johns, and Ed Ruscha command record-breaking auction prices through pop iconicity or sleek abstraction, Corneille’s legacy stands on a fiercely different foundation. As a founding figure of the CoBrA movement, his raw, primitive energy and expressive figures offer a vital, spontaneous contrast to the pristine commercial appeal of today’s top-selling contemporary titans like Yoshitomo Nara, Damien Hirst, or KAWS. Packed with care and international shipping with tracking.
