Coffee table - Wood - Round Art Deco coffee table

Elegant round living-room coffee table dating roughly from the 1940s, characterized by soft lines and a taste reminiscent of the Art Deco style. The table is made of wood with a veneered top, enriched by a peculiar geometric composition in four wedges. The arrangement of the veneers creates a pleasant decorative play, exploiting the different directions and grains of the wood. The structure features four slender, slightly contoured legs, harmoniously connected to the circular band. The raised edge that follows the entire perimeter of the top completes the piece’s design. A piece of furniture with an elegant line and particularly versatile, suitable both for a room furnished with period furniture or inserted into a contemporary context. Dimensions * Height: 46 cm * Diameter: 68 cm Conditions The coffee table is presented in good structural condition, solid and stable. The top shows evident signs due to age and use, in particular wear of the finish, abrasions, scratches, and areas with surface alterations of the veneer. There are also normal signs of use along the edge and on the structure, consistent with the age of the piece. These conditions have been photographed in detail and are clearly visible in the images. The photographs are an integral part of the description and show, with precision, the object’s state of conservation.
