Chess set - Ajedrez de Lujo Sadurní Rafols

Exclusive crystal chess set from the prestigious Sadurní Rafols brand, hand-painted with a colorful and detailed design. A very striking piece, ideal for both chess enthusiasts and as a decorative element in any living room or office. Sadurní Fafols is a renowned Catalan brand (traditionally located in Penedès, Barcelona) specializing in high-end gift items, figurines, and ornamental chess sets in crystal and metal. The company is characterized by artisanal workmanship and a combination of materials. In the secondary market and antiques scene, their chess sets are highly coveted by collectors of thematic and authorial games, increasing in value when the original case and paint are in good condition. The set includes a transport and storage case measuring 28 x 28 cm (which shows some defects such as the closure and fabric detachment, see photos) that protects both the board and the pieces. Regarding the details and measurements of the lot, we note that: - The crystal board, which is in perfect condition, measures 25 x 25 cm - The pieces are made of crystal with bright color finishes and a high level of detail. The tallest piece, the king, stands 6 cm tall. These pieces are also in perfect condition. This lot weighs approximately 2 kg including the packaging. Therefore, we are looking at a crystal chess set, brand-name, with the board and pieces in perfect condition, ideal for playing or simply for decoration. The last two photos do not belong to this lot (they are from another seller who sold it for 400 euros), but they demonstrate that this chess set, which is identical to those two photos, is from the brand mentioned above. This lot will be properly packaged and sent with a tracking code. There is the possibility of hand delivery in the city of Toledo.

Estimation:€300
