Description: Item/Description: Signed and dated 1983 studio art kaleidoscope handcrafted by the mother-daughter artisan team of Janice Chesnik of Vista, California, and Sheryl Koch of Boulder, Colorado. Instrument comprises of a polished tubular brass body fitted with an ergonomic turned oak handle and an internal three-mirror system, accompanied by its original rectangular oak display stand holding a leaded stained glass and agate disc wheel. Interchangeable glass discs create shifting, symmetrical patterns of light and color. Includes an informational artist card detailing the collaborative craftsmanship.
