The figure wears a purple skirt, white apron with blue ribbon, and a hand-painted plaid shawl, carrying a basket of stylized multicolored ceramic flowers. The underside of the base is marked in blue underglaze with a central symbol consisting of a vertical line intersected by two curved lines forming an eye shape with a cross at the top, flanked by the numbers 19 and 24, above the text CHELSEA ENGLAND.
