Celine - Pocket lighter - Gold plated, Enamel

Rare gas lighter signed Céline Paris, dating roughly from the 1980s. Features a hexagonal-section body (a distinctive trait of Céline lighters from that era) clad in black lacquer and adorned with gold-plated fittings. On the top is engraved the famous and elegant historic logo of the horse-drawn carriage (calèche), symbol of the French fashion house. It operates with a knurled side roller ignition system, very similar in style and build quality to the renowned Dunhill Rollagas and S.T. Dupont lighters from the same period. The dimensions are 6.7 x 1.9 cm. The lighter is in excellent condition if not for some slight signs of age. It was found in a safe where it has remained, presumably, for the last forty years. It has not been tested.
