Toutes les enchères / Luminaire / Cartier - vendome Trinity - Fountain pen
A0000004909 Elegant S.T. Dupont Trinity gold-plated fountain pen with the characteristic vertical fluted finish “godron,” an emblematic piece from the French brand that combines discreet luxury, artisanal precision, and timeless design. Its sleek and refined silhouette perfectly reflects the classic aesthetic of the Trinity collection, highly valued among collectors and enthusiasts of high-end writing. The pen is in very good overall condition. The body and cap retain excellent visual presence, preserving the original shine of the gold plating and the definition of the vertical lines. There are slight superficial micro-signs resulting from careful use and the passage of time, with no significant impacts or appreciable structural damage. The clip remains firmly attached and properly aligned, while the ornamental details and decorative rings maintain an elegant and cohesive appearance. At the top, the engraving S.T. Dupont Paris can be seen with good definition. The black section is in good aesthetic condition, maintaining its shine and proper integrity. The gold nib remains well aligned and refined in appearance, accompanied by a feed in correct condition. The fountain pen has been serviced and tested prior to sale, ensuring proper operation and smooth writing. A sophisticated piece representative of late 20th-century French elegance, ideal for both collection and refined daily use. Conservation recommendations: use quality fountain pen inks, avoid pigmented inks, clean with lukewarm water if not used for a while, dry completely before storage, keep in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, and operate the filling system gently. It will be sent in a courtesy box for proper preservation. Happy bidding!
