The Carl F. Bucherer Manero Flyback Ref. 00.10919.03.13.01 combines traditional chronograph styling with the practical functionality of a flyback mechanism. Its 18K rose gold construction, silver dial, and classical proportions give the watch an elegant character while maintaining the sporting functionality of a mechanical chronograph. The 43 mm 18K rose gold case measures approximately 14.45 mm thick and surrounds a silver dial with applied rose gold-tone hour markers. Recessed chronograph registers are positioned at 3 and 9 o'clock, complemented by a date display at 6 o'clock and a tachymeter scale around the outer dial. The watch is powered by the automatic CFB 1970 mechanical movement, offering approximately 42 hours of power reserve. The movement provides hours, minutes, small seconds, date, chronograph, and flyback functions, allowing the chronograph to be reset and restarted in a single operation. A double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the dial, while a sapphire crystal caseback reveals the movement.
