Canon TC-DC58A; LA-DC58C

Offered a Canon teleconverter TC-DC58A and a Canon converter adapter LA-DC58C for use with the Canon PowerShot Pro1. The Canon TC-DC58A is a high-quality 1.5x teleconverter lens originally designed specifically for the Canon PowerShot Pro1 compact camera. By mounting this extension lens on the camera, the focal length of the built-in lens is increased by a factor of 1.5. This allows you to bring subjects at greater distances closer. • Magnification: 1.5x • Optical construction: 5 elements in 3 groups • Mount (rear): 58mm screw thread • Filter thread (front): No filter thread (no filters can be screwed on) • Weight: Approximately 520 grams (relatively heavy due to the use of high-quality glass) To use the converter on the Pro1, the Canon LA-DC58C lens adapter is required. This adapter sleeve fits over the extending lens. Also included is a Canon filter adapter FA-DC58A. The adapter enables standard 58mm screw-in filters (such as a UV filter, ND filter, or circular polarizer) to be mounted on the Pro1. Use on other cameras: Although the lens has standard 58mm screw threads, the optics are specifically matched to the physical length and lens design of the PowerShot Pro1. When used on other cameras (such as the PowerShot S5 IS or the G-series with their own adapters) extreme vignetting (dark corners) may occur, or the magnification may not work optimally. I have not been able to test this lens on a camera myself because I do not own the Canon PowerShot Pro1, but there is nothing wrong with the whole set, so sold as tested. Everything in like-new condition.
