Canon Model VT de luxe (Version 1) - 35mm Body Rangefinder camera

Canon VT deluxe rangefinder camera, 35mm small-format with slot shutter. LTM - M39, a wide choice of lenses. Integrated coincidence rangefinder with inverted Galilean viewfinder, rotatable to set one of the three magnifications. This is a turret finder with a rotating mechanism to switch between the different focal lengths (35mm, 50 and 90/135) without needing an external finder. In the accessory shoe there is an auto-coupling for parallax correction for the finder. In the baseplate the unique trigger-winder (LeicaVID around 1000 euros) for rapid film advance. Normal film transport is also possible via a rotary knob on the top right. The finder is a joy. No hassle with frame-lines that are hard to see in low light. Just immediately correct 35 or 50 frame, or super-magnification for a double-image system for focusing. That is the strength of this type of camera! Then easy film loading with a rotatable back door and clever locking. Absolutely all unique and not improvable. Everything sits neatly in place and feels good in the hand. All of this measures 144x81x34 mm and weighs 615 g. This offer is for the body only. Lens not included.
