Bust, Inconnue - 50 cm - Plaster

Impressive monumental plaster bust depicting Zeus, richly sculpted, in a style heavily inspired by ancient and Neoclassical sculpture. The quality and richness of the modeling are particularly remarkable: hair elaborately worked in depth, abundant beard with many details and facial features strongly characterized. With a height of 50 cm and a weight of 11.25 kg, this piece has a strong decorative presence and constitutes a true decorative element in its own right. Material: plaster. The object shows traces and irregularities consistent with its condition: small surface holes, molding imperfections, chips and wear, notably at the base. A substantial open cavity is also visible at the lower part of the base. No restoration has been carried out. No signature or maker's mark has been identified. Dimensions: approximately 50 × 38 × 30 cm Weight: approximately 11.25 kg A particularly decorative piece, suited both to a classic interior and to a cabinet-of-curiosities, gallery or collection style of decoration. To showcase the piece, the background of the photographs has been replaced using artificial intelligence. The object itself has undergone no modification. Its shape, proportions, color, material, details, signs of wear, imperfections, cracks and chips are preserved as they are in reality.
