Title: Total Eclipse gold leaf Artist: Bruno Bani Technique: Acrylic on canvas, gold leaf, LED with switch Dimensions: 30 × 30 × 5 cm Year: 2026 Signature: Signed on the back Authenticity: Authenticated, signed and archived Equipment: LED with switch installed on the back Bruno Bani continues his investigation into the relationship between light and matter with this new work from the series Total Eclipse. The artist, known for his constant experimentation between painting, light and installation, creates a visual intervention that goes beyond the limits of the two-dimensional surface to offer a reflection on the artwork’s presence in space. In this work, a central circle coated in gold leaf stands out against an intense orange base, generating a vibrant and sophisticated color contrast. The white LED installed on the back discreetly illuminates the canvas, accentuating the brilliance of the gold and creating a visual tension between light and color. The composition evokes a solar eclipse, in which the golden glow of the central disk becomes the absolute protagonist, recalling ancient symbolisms of light, energy and rebirth. The work is signed on the back, authenticated by the artist and regularly archived. Included equipment with LED and switch. The artist: Bruno Bani, known for his essential and symbolic approach, is a prominent figure in contemporary art, appreciated for his ability to explore complex themes through pure and luminous forms. With international exhibitions, his works reflect a constant dialogue between matter and light, suggesting a path of inner discovery and a connection with the universe.
