Bowl - Silver

Wonderful silver bowl in Kutch-style, richly chased and repousé with vegetal decorations. A superb example of Indian silver craftsmanship, made for the Western market during the colonial period. Measurements: 100 mm x 60 mm x 100 mm Net silver weight: 97 grams The bowl has a few small dents on the bottom and the upper rim slightly crushed; overall it is in good condition. There are no hallmarks, but I guarantee that the object was made of silver because it has been tested with the appropriate acid by a trusted jeweler. The item is cleaned and inspected before being professionally packaged and shipped with insured and trackable delivery.
