Blue calcite freeforms – gentle hues and fascinating...

This special collection comprises four carefully cut and polished freeform pieces of Blue Calcite, renowned for their gentle blue tones and fascinating natural crystal structures. The pieces display different nuances from delicate light blue to more intense blue areas. Inside, numerous natural crystalline structures and fine color gradients are visible, giving each specimen its own distinctive appearance. Through the rounded, organic shapes and the glossy polished surfaces, the natural patterns of calcite are shown to best advantage. Depending on the incidence of light, different transparencies and reflections arise, causing the pieces to reveal new details again and again. The four freeforms have been assembled as a harmonious set and are suitable as decorative minerals as well as an attractive addition to a mineral collection.
