Birdcage - Wood - Aviary

Rustic tabletop cage/aviary. Entirely made of carved/turned wood, with a reinforced base and metal for the lower tray. Presence of protruding compartments on the sides (with sliding openings) for inserting feed or seeds. Sliding front door in the center and an extractable lower tray to facilitate cleaning. Early 20th century / Mid-20th century (rural/folk artisan style). Some pieces of cylindrical slats are missing (see photo) also because it is not intended to be used as a prison for birds, but as a decorative and aesthetic object for collectors or for rustic/vintage interior design projects. The shorter pieces are nonetheless glued to the structure. It will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking throughout Europe. For ecological morality, the packaging is made from reusable material.
