Belux - Hannes Wettstein - Lamp - Ball - Metal - Table...

A special edition of Hannes Wettsteins Ball lamp for Belux. This lamp does not use the usual ball joint, allowing the lamp to be positioned in almost any angle. Instead, an industrial desk clamp is used in which the lamp rotates 360º about its axis. Together with the ball joints of the lampshade and the arms, this model with a reach of 100 cm can illuminate almost any corner. The lamp is notably light in weight and uses a 12V halogen light source with a continuously adjustable dimmer of Italian make. Inside the lampshade, a silver reflector increases the light output. A 12V halogen bulb provides a lot of light, but can also become quite warm. The metal ring around the lampshade is therefore not only a practical tool to adjust the light’s position. It is an indispensable characteristic element that adds a substantial Space-Age touch to this typical postmodern design. Here and there there are some light signs of wear. In general, the lamp is in excellent condition, 100% intact and fully functional. The lamp is carefully packaged and shipped insured, incl. Track & Trace. Good luck with your bid.
