Belgium 2002/2003 - Almost complete collection

early complete collection with all central cancellations from different municipalities. The stamps postmarked after 2000 are increasingly rarer than the mint ones. They can almost only be obtained with a postal subscription or by having them canceled themselves at a post office. The stamps therefore have original gum. Huge face value. The album is not included.

Estimation:€170
