Belgium 1925 - 75th anniversary of the epaulette

75th anniversary of the epaulette in blocks of four — stamps have always been sold per separate series. When purchasing one admission ticket you could buy one pre-packaged series; units such as blocks of four and strips have never been sold — a very rare whole. With the green 10c, one stamp with color offset on the gum, of no significance to this rare whole.

Estimation:€450
