Beautiful

This rough piece of a purple sapphire impresses with its natural, unaltered crystal form and the fine grain along the surface. The slightly prismatic structure testifies to the typical formation in the hexagonal crystal system and gives the stone an archaic presence. When backlit, the sapphire reveals its inner luminescence: an intense violet-pink seems to emanate from within, which strikingly underscores the stone's dense, yet translucent quality. A fascinating piece for lovers of untreated gemstones—powerful, primal, and full of depth.
