Beautiful

This rough piece of a purple sapphire impresses with its natural, unadulterated crystal form and the fine grain along the surface. The slightly prismatic structure testifies to the typical formation in the hexagonal crystal system and gives the stone an archaic presence. When backlit, the sapphire reveals its inner glow: an intense violet-pink seems to shine from within, which impressively underlines the dense, yet translucent quality of this specimen. A fascinating piece for lovers of untreated gemstones – powerful, original and full of depth.
