BASSANO, Le Ceramiche - Dish - "La Luce del Brenta" Mod

For those who wish to enrich their home with a piece of authentic Italian artistic craftsmanship, this splendid table lamp represents the perfect meeting of ceramic craftsmanship and romantic charm from another era. Inspired in shape by the classic late 19th-century oil lamps, the ceramic base was hand-molded and hand-decorated by the master ceramicists of Bassano del Grappa, one of the world’s most famous artistic ceramic districts. The ceramic tradition of Bassano boasts centuries-old roots born under the Republic of Venice, renowned for the quality of its clays and the unmistakable glaze work. Each flower and stem is brush-stroked freely with vivid shades of pink, green, and blue, making this piece a unique and unrepeatable treasure. The ceramic body features the characteristic craquelure (craquelé), a classic decorative technique that adds depth and an antique, highly collectible charm. The spherical satin glass shade diffuses a soft, warm light, perfect for creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The vintage Bassano-branded lighting elements, complete with their original glass and perfectly preserved, are increasingly sought after in the high-quality vintage market. Placed on a console, a solid wood desk, or a nightstand, this lamp does more than illuminate: it transforms the room and immediately draws the gaze of guests.
