Barbara Meduri - Omaggo a Giorgio de Chirico

Digital original artwork | Limited edition | Giclée Fine Art print on canvas | 2021. Description A tribute to the visionary universe of Giorgio de Chirico and to the enigmatic dimension of his metaphysical painting. The work unfolds in a suspended space, out of time and away from the conventional coordinates of reality. Architectures, squares and objects, stripped of their original function, lose the familiarity of the everyday and assume a new, silent and unsettling presence. Solitude, disorientation and inquietude are not merely atmospheres, but perceptual conditions through which space becomes inner experience. Squares become places of imagination, mystery and waiting, and objects, enigmatic presences. A journey into a suspended dimension between dream and reality, where time seems to stand still and silence opens a space for memory, imagination and the unknown. Technique of realization Original work realized digitally using graphic design and illustration programs (Adobe Photoshop and graphic tablet), printed with digital techniques on artist's painting canvas 100% cotton of high quality.
