Balancing Out by Angela Dierks Painting 39.4 x 39.4 :: This lyrical abstract painting is part of a series of paintings that look at the theme of love. ‘Balancing Out’ explores the state of being where we feel in equilibrium in terms of giving and receiving love. Both dimensions of love are balanced out creating a deep sense of harmony ease and safety. As with all my work I mix my own paint using pigments and a matte dispersion. The colours in my work are therefore highly pigmented. The canvas has been painted around the edges in a complementary colour. Hooks and cord are attached at the back – the painting is ready for hanging. The painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
