Bacalar - Jeff Ferst

Bacalar by Jeff Ferst Painting 24.0 x 24.0 :: Memories are emoción. Colors are movement. My work has been called joyful full of life and juicy. I paint from the heart with emotion. This painting is part of my abstract series. I started my career painting colorful landscape and then in 2005 discovered my abstract side. Colours became symbols off light and movement. From there I went through various series. Geometrics move fluid abstracts and then back to landscape. This painting is my memory of my visit to Bacalar. A magic pueblo in Mexico. The lagoon is known for its seven colors of blue. Painting is oil on canvas Edge in black.
