This refined fabric represents the excellence of Italian textile craftsmanship, combining a rich matelassé texture or velvet-like finish with a sophisticated classical design. The fabric stands out for an intricate and grand paisley (or cashmere) motif and neoclassical floral ramage. The color palette plays with elegant, soothing shades of sage green/desaturated olive green, paired with a silvery-ivory background with a silky luminosity. The contrast between pile and ground gives dimensionality and visual dynamism, creating unique tonal shifts depending on the angle of light. It is a blend of cotton velvet and polyester, a combination that guarantees the soft touch of the natural fiber along with the durability, stability, and easy maintenance of polyester. Size: 580 cm x 140 cm and a total weight of 4.2 kg (equivalent to a high grammage of about 518 g/m²), indicating a compact, substantial, high-end structure. The Made-in-Italy craftsmanship attests to its high-end weaving quality. Thanks to its notable heaviness and its soft yet supportive consistency, this large-cut piece is perfectly suited for: * Upholstery and Soft Furnishings: Covering for classic or period sofas, antique armchairs, bed headers and ottomans subject to wear. * Luxury Home Textiles: Creating imposing drapery for living rooms or master suites, valances, heavy decorative bedspreads, runners, or art cushions. The colors and appearance in person are similar to those in the photos. The photos are part of the description. It is in excellent condition. Never used. Brand new. Will be shipped with trackable delivery.
