BOSQUE INGRÁVIDO 171 is part of a series inspired by Magritte and contemporary surrealism. This work is part of a series that sublimates the natural and the impossible into a single vision. In “Ingravited Forest,” the trunks float without roots, stripped of the gravity that binds them to the ground. The landscape becomes a stage for the improbable: a forest that is not held by the laws of physics, but by the rules of imagination. The reference to Magritte is not casual: like him, the artist invites us to contemplate a world where the everyday becomes strange, and the impossible, evident. The trees suspended in the air compel us to rethink the concept of what is organic and stable, while the chromatic play—electric blues, glowing reds and deep shadows—intensifies the dreamlike atmosphere. This series raises essential questions: What happens when we remove weight from nature?
