Aurora Hastil is a high-end fountain pen made in Italy with artisanal care and precious materials. With a simple, essential form it offers exceptional functionality while maintaining extraordinary elegance. Created in 1970, it represents a true masterpiece of industrial design, so much so that it was the first writing instrument to be exhibited at MoMA in New York. Designed by the renowned architect Marco Zanuso, who collaborated with Richard Sapper. Completely original for its era, in its sale packaging and case where the rare Trick Track converter is also included, which allows loading any customized ink into the pen instead of a cartridge refill. The two cartridges in the packaging, having dried over time, have been replaced with new ones of the same type, namely Aurora King Size in black. In ecosteel diamantato it has a 14kt white gold nib. The stroke is fine, as indicated by the F on the counter box. Inside there is also the warranty with instructions. The pen is in perfect condition as shown in the photos; the packaging bears signs of age. Shipping will be carried out with the Catawiki smart system, including the appropriate insurance.
