Each of the four works is stretched on a 4 cm deep solid wood cradle frame and ready to hang. On a deep, velvety black texture, lines in bronze-gold and warm cognac brown run across. They cross and overlap like traces of movement and decision. Deliberately, scratches, lines, and wear are embedded into the surface, remaining visible and tangible and giving the piece a pronounced tactile depth. Depending on the angle of light, the metallic accents shift and enhance the tension between darkness, shine, and texture.
