Pendant encapsulated in silvered metal, for better preservation, with a bronze nummus minted between 335-337 AD under the reign of Constantius II as Caesar. Mint at Cyzicus. It is attached to a modern 925 sterling silver cord-style chain. Obverse, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantius II looking to the right. Legend "Flavius Julius Constantius, the most noble Caesar". Reverse, two soldiers standing face to face, holding spears and shields, between them two military standards.
