AN INDIAN SILVER MATCHED THREE-PIECE TEA SERVICE Lucknow, late 19th Century, comprising a teapot, twin-handled sugar bowl and cream jug, each of compressed globular form with angular handles and a cover surmounted by an elephant finial, raised on four feet, the teapot and cream jug chased in relief with hunting scenes among foliage, the sugar bowl with scrolling foliage. (3) Teapot 14cm high, 45.5 troy ounces gross The teapot and cream jug have minor, shallow dents. The hinged covers to the teapot and cream jug open and close well. A nice quality service in good condition.
