This 3-piece agate shell set strikingly demonstrates how versatile a single natural stone can be. Each bowl has its own unique pattern and color scheme – from warm orange and caramel to smoky gray and cool white- and ice-blue hues. Together the three pieces form a varied and particularly decorative ensemble. The left bowl delights with countless concentric agate bands that encircle the center in shades of brown, cream, orange, and gray. Its fine lines almost resemble natural growth rings and give the piece enormous optical depth. In the middle bowl, transparent to smoky gray areas meet bold gold-brown edges and striking natural structures. The contrast between the smoothly polished interior and the partially preserved, original areas of the stone is especially fascinating.
