A Queen Anne black japanned cabinet on gilded stand, gilt chinoiserie figures and landscape scenes over all, the double dome top above a pair of doors with engraved and pierced strapwork hinges enclosing an arrangement of several drawers, the stand with an acanthus and shell carved moulding above pierced scrolling acanthus and scale carved figures, on cabriole legs. England, c. 1720. H. 198 cm. W. 120 cm. D. 62 cm.
