A large French sterling silver jardinière and matching stand, of oval form, with applied and chased rocailles and foliage decoration, the jardinière with two leaf-clad scroll handles, raised on four scroll supports. The stand with raised centre and lobed profiled border. Apparently only marked with French export mark. France c. 1900. Weight in total 9,855 g. L. 57 and 80 cm. (2)
