History & Philosophy 100% Pinot Meunier: A Blanc de Meunier single-varietal cuvée crafted from a perpetual reserve started in 1978 in Tank No. 23. Perpetual Reserve: 20% of the tank is drawn off for bottling and replenished with the new harvest each year, preserving decades of depth. Technical Specifications Aging on Lees: Minimum of 48 months in the bottle before disgorgement. Dosage: Brut (~8 g/L). Packaging: Sold as a 6-bottle case (6 x 75 cl).
