A Heal's limed oak book table, circa 1930

the square top with canted corners over four bookcase sides, an open shelf below 56 x 51 x 51cm, Condition Report Please see further images for condition of this lot. The timber top is generally even in tone except for the residue of a ring mark which can be seen approximately 8 cm across as seen in the photograph and also numerous circular scratches to the centre. The extremities of the table top have a shiny quality to them consistent with handling and use. The joint where the sides abut the surface has eased on one facet with a gap of around 3 mm as shown in the photographs. The condition of the remainder of the piece is generally good. The timber is even in tone and it is structurally sound. There is a short split to one of the side shelves approximately 2 cm from the leading edge as can be seen in the photographs. There is a partial serial number to the base of one of the feet as can be seen from the photographs. Condition Report, Please register to request a condition report
