late 19th Century, unmarked, the hinged mother-of-pearl covers applied with a pierced and engraved silver overlay of rococo cartouches, flowers and scrolling foliage, the reverse with a shaped cartouche engraved with initials, with red leather sides and a gilt-metal push-button, the interior lined in cream silk with two divisions. 7.5cm wide
