A Dutch Delft faience "Man op een ton"

A Dutch Delft faience "Man op een ton" Model of a man riding a barrel. Depicting a gentleman wearing a tricorne hat, seated astride a raised wine barrel, pouring wine from a bottle into a goblet. The top of the hat is removable and serves as a stopper. Indistinct blue mark 1770 (?). Open bung hole, without mounts. Minor restorations to the tricorne hat, bottle, one toe and the right side of his face. Height 32.5 cm. Second half 18th C.
