A DIVISION ONE THIRD AVENUE SILVER BUTTON

A Small Rare early 20th century pictorial example. These backmarked KNOPF KONIG GRAZ buttons have been desirable button among collectors for many years, but in the past 25 years have become exceedingly more desirable as a result of the late Don Lanier of Florida and his passion and research. The notes attached are his notes and description and we included a picture of that on each lot. The examples in this auction are from his personal collection and are just the beginning of the ones we will be selling in our auctions. This lot is for a the example labeled as OUR LADY OF FATIMA. This is one of the scarce examples that are not backmarked but has been identified as authentic Third Ave Silver buttons from Don's research. Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4".
