This is an exquisite button of genuine Garnet gemstone set with a genuine diamond center and mounted in a solid gold twist bordered mounting. Very beautiful and fine example, from the collection of the late Dorothy Peterson Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4".
