A Victorian-era Wedgwood creamware soup tureen set consisting of a large tureen, a conforming lid, and a matching oval underplate. The set is crafted from cream-colored earthenware and features an Imari-influenced Chinoiserie decoration with transfer-printed outlines and hand-painted enamel highlights in rust-orange, cobalt blue, and gold. The tureen is designed with a substantial oval form, scrolled side handles, and a domed lid with a floral-form finial and ladle notch.
