2024 Maison Pinot Noar – Arnaud Lopez – 3 bottles: 1 white and 2 red wines A rare and confidential white Burgundy from Maison Pinot Noar, the micro-négoce created by Arnaud Lopez, who spent around fifteen years working alongside Henry-Frédéric Roch at Domaine Prieuré Roch before developing his own highly personal approach to Burgundy. The philosophy is deliberately minimalist and natural: grapes sourced from organically farmed vineyards, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, very limited intervention and no added sulphur, allowing the fruit and terroir to express themselves with remarkable purity. 1 bottle of Pinot Blanc: The 2024 Pinot Blanc is a particularly intriguing and limited cuvée, far removed from conventional white Burgundy. Freshness, precision and energy are at the heart of the wine, with a vibrant, pure expression and the distinctive character that has made Arnaud Lopez's small-production wines increasingly sought after by lovers of authentic and natural Burgundy. 1 bottle of Chevrey 2024 is a 100% Pinot Noir from Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, grown on a high-altitude limestone and clay terroir. The grapes are organically farmed, harvested and fermented in whole bunches, following Arnaud Lopez's uncompromising philosophy: indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention, no additives and no added sulphur, followed by ageing in old Burgundy barrels. 1 bottle of Pinot Noar, Hautes-Côtes de Nuits 2024, made from Pinot Noir, perfectly embodies his philosophy: grapes from organically farmed vineyards, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention and no added sulphur, allowing the fruit and terroir to express themselves with remarkable purity.
