Curiosità: Produced from vineyards located at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters above sea level in the Cornaiano (Appiano) area, the "Prail" is one of the most representative expressions of Sauvignon in Alto Adige. Winemaking involves separate maturation for about 6 months on fine lees: most of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve crispness and freshness, while a small percentage matures in large wooden casks to confer greater complexity and structure.
