Terroir and grape: the expression of Burgundian Chardonnay Produced 100% from Chardonnay, this white wine benefits from stony, gravely and limestone soils, which confer crystalline minerality and great tension. The vines, planted on average in the 1980s, enjoy a southeast-facing exposure and a temperate climate, promoting slow and steady ripening of the grapes. Wine style: balance, freshness and length on the palate Pierre Morey’s Meursault 2023 is distinguished by a creamy texture, bright acidity and a mineral depth that extends the wine on the palate. On the nose, it reveals aromas of white fruits (apple, pear), citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and light buttery and roasted notes linked to aging in oak barrels.
